Happy Birthday, Tara Strong! (Feb. 12, 2017)

I may be late, but I finally finished a birthday picture for the voice of , Tara Strong!!!

Here, we have me, Eliza, and a few characters throwing a big birthday bash for Twilight Sparkle (representing Tara Strong) at Donut Joe's.

I was originally not gonna make Tara a birthday picture this year due to missing a lot of the birthdays of the MLP cast. I felt doing it was really overwhelming for me. It was also depressing for me when I post said pictures late. I know the saying "better late than never", but I really hate being late on anything (like a certain unicorn-turned alicorn princess we all know and love). But, due to a special revelation, I changed my mind on this one!

I chose to keep the characters to a minimum to make it less stressful for me. Not counting Eliza, I chose characters that Tara voiced (Bubbles, Raven, and the original Ben 10), and 4 other characters that I feel will make the picture 20% cooler. As the picture progressed, I ended up adding 2 additional ponies to the picture. I almost didn't add Eliza, but I made sure to include her. Pinkie Pie was the last minute addition to the picture, complete with her popping out of a present and throwing confetti (courtesy of MS Paint).

Baby Doll was originally between Raven and me, but she was blocking Joe's face in the background. I wanted Joe's face to be visible, so I moved her over by Star Butterfly. Star Butterfly was a total random choice for one of the characters that weren't voiced by Tara for the picture. After watching most of the first season of her show, I liked her so much that I chose to include her here. I apologize that her wand is not in MMD, and because of this, I used the wand from "Cardcaptors" because of its similar appearance to Star's actual wand (even though the handle is longer). I wanted to include Moon Dancer, but I couldn't find a place to put her so that her face isn't obscured by anything or anyone, so she was excluded.

We ordered pizzas for the party, along with Baby Doll delivering them to the table. Donut Joe wasn't happy about us bringing pizza into his doughnut shop, but he agreed to let us if we bought some donuts from him (hence the box of donuts on the table). We also got not one, not two, but three cakes for the party, one of them being the famous Marzipan Mascarpone Meringue Madness cake, courtesy of the Cakes (who else?).

The background was originally a shot of Joe's shop facing just the windows. But later on, I discovered one with the counter with the stools with Joe himself behind said counter and I chose to use that one. It seems weird that I'm using the party tables from Freddy Fazbear's here in Joe's shop, but hey, it's a party! Well, that's about it!

Happy Belated Birthday, Tara!!! I hope your birthday was happy and sweet! Keep spreading the magic of friendship and have a good life!!
