Lyra Is Sad

Before I post a picture I've been meaning to post at 7:00 this morning, but here's one that's kind of related to said picture. I finished this one 2 months ago.

Recently, I've got hooked on a series of videos titled "Everything Wrong With My Little Pony" by a YouTube user by the name of LittleshyFiM (which is what inspired this picture). The series is actually a parody of another video series titled "Cinema Sins" (very interesting). When I first started watching the first few videos in the series, I was not very impressed/amused. Sure, a few things he said in the videos were true, but most of them were not true. After I watched the 5th video in the series, I looked at the description to the video and I read it. As soon as I read the words "it's just a silly parody that isn't meant to be taken too seriously", I sighed in relief. I mean, it's a darn good relief to know that the dude was joking about what's said in the videos and for that reason, I couldn't stop watching them. If the guy really had a problem with My Little Pony, he wouldn't have a brony YouTube username like LittleshyFiM. This mentality has really taught me to read the description of YouTube videos before actually watching them. If only there was a way to read video descriptions before clicking the video to watch it (and not the other way around).

I made this picture to resemble the crowd shot in the episode "Boast Busters" when Spike begs Twilight a second time to show she's better than Trixie and Twilight's like "no way". Since not all the ponies on the show have human versions in MMD, I chose random characters to make up the crowd behind Twilight. This gave me a chance to use GirlAnimePrincess's Human Spike model. But the real focus of the picture is Lyra herself. Wanna know why? I'd tell you, but that would spoil the fun (and I hate spoiling fun).
